Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely view of the sunset over the broad from my room, even though it was a bit small. The room was excellent, clean, and well-equipped, making my stay very comfortable.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The lack of proper cooling facilities in the room was a major letdown, making it uncomfortable at times. On the bright side, the service was exceptional with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The location offered some stunning views but my room missed out on that. Dining options were a bit disappointing, and the facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was really nice overall. The room had a fantastic view over the broad, was very spacious, and even had a balcony overlooking the fire escape. Although the lifts were a bit noisy, which might disturb light sleepers, it wasn't a major issue. I would request another room on my next visit. The service was fantastic, catering to my parents' dietary needs and allowing us to check-in early after an unexpected early arrival. The location is excellent, with great views of Oulton Broad and close to the park and good bars. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with greasy food on the first day but better the next day. The facilities were overall good too.
